Common questions
- How do I cancel my membership? Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Photofinch → Cancel. Your membership stays active until the end of the current period.
- Do credits expire? No — credit packs never expire.
- Where’s my print order? Open Photofinch and check the Orders screen for the latest status and tracking.
- Can I get a refund? For subscriptions and credits, refunds are handled by Apple. For print orders, email us and we’ll make it right if something arrived damaged.
