Using Photofinch

Photofinch generates artwork from photos you provide. You must have the right to use any photo you submit, and you agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that depicts someone without their consent.

Your content and your art

You keep ownership of the photos you submit. The paintings you generate are yours to save, share, and print for personal use. You grant Photofinch the limited rights needed to generate, store, display, and (if you order a print) reproduce your artwork.

Memberships, credits & purchases

• A Photofinch membership is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple Account. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire.
• Physical prints and canvases are sold separately and fulfilled by our print partner. Print orders are non-refundable once production has begun, except where required by law or in the case of a defective product.

AI-generated results

Artwork is produced by an AI model and results vary. Photofinch is provided “as is” without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
